Shipping
We have one day handling on all items purchased before 11 am EST. We use either UPS or FedEx and USPS for shipping. A tracking number will be uploaded as soon as your item ships out.
FREIGHT SHIPMENTS
take longer to process due to having to palletize the item for safe shipment and setting up a pickup.
Freight will have between a 1-4 day handling time before shipment. If you need residential delivery or lift gate service there is an up-charge.
Payment
Most items require immediate payments. If an item is purchased with “Best Offer” or on an auction you will have seven (7) days to make the payment.  At that point, if no payment is made, we will open an “Unpaid Item Case”.
Return
Returns are accepted on any item that is defective unless otherwise noted in the listing. Please email us through eBay to correct any problem.
GENERAL:
All items returned will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Please return all items in new/unused condition with all applicable items that were originally sent with the item such as the original box, instructions, manual, warranty card, tags still intact, etc. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer except under certain circumstances.
RETURN PROCESS:
Please package all items securely and safely. Please retain your return tracking number and upload it into the return request notes. Returns generally take 5 business days to process at our warehouse.  Once the refund is issued it can take eBay up to 24 hours to process the refund back to you.
RESTOCKING FEE:
If the item is returned to us in a condition other than that described in the original listing, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee in line with eBay’s policies. This fee will also be applied to items that are returned with the manufacturers packaging being used as the shipping box.
About Us
We deal in store closeouts, lost freight and overruns. All of our inventory is new and unused unless otherwise noted. Some things may have cosmetic damage or the packaging may be damaged which will be noted and shown in the photos. We try our very best to be upfront with everything because having the best customer service is our #1 goal!
EXCHANGE
Exchanges are accepted on items that are damaged or defective assuming we have remaining inventory.  Pictures will be required of the item and the item will also need to be returned to us to process the exchange
CANCELLATION
If you’ve changed your mind about an order, you can cancel it within an hour of your purchase, as long as we haven’t dispatched it yet.
