Here we have one Girl Scout
Junior Troop Numeral Patch
, used on Junior Uniforms
to denote the troop a scout is currently a member of.  I have multiples available in excellent used condition.
Troop numbers were first used on Girl Scout uniforms in 1938 and they are still in use today
.  The patches in this listing are
Junior Jade
, a color used specifically from
1994 to 2001
, matching the Junior uniforms from that particular era.
They are a very pretty
blue-green shade
.  Did you know that once something in Girl Scouting is considered official, it is ALWAYS official?  So while these numbers are a slightly different color than the green used today, they are still entirely proper to use on a current uniform.  In fact, I think the color contrast is very nice!
