Estate find!  Antique sterling silver sugar tongs.  They were made ca. 1900 by Dominick & Haff in the Century pattern.  They feature highly detailed eagle claw ends and the letter H engraved on the end.  They are marked on the inside with the Dominick & Haff hallmark, STERLING and Pat’d’d as well as the name of the retailer, Smith Patterson Co.
The tongs measure 5″ long and 2″ wide.  They weigh 32.2 grams.
Excellent antique condition.  Do expect stubborn tarnish and light scratches from normal use and handling. The tongs are being sold to you in as pictured, as is condition, for continued use or crafts, please no returns.
